Sue McGlynn
Sue McGlynn is the Head of Recognition and Accreditation at Ofqual. Her team’s main functions are to recognise awarding bodies, accredit qualifications and offer advice to the Secretary of State on the approval of qualifications for funding. She also manages Ofqual’s statistics team. Sue previously ran the Qualifications Curriculum Authority’s Awarding Body Monitoring team and has worked on the quality assurance of qualifications and awarding bodies for almost 20 years. She worked as a Quality Adviser for NCVQ before QCA was set up and before that was an external verifier, in-house trainer and college lecturer.
